1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Deep. ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The Service

Deep. is a personal productivity application providing a Pomodoro timer, task management, and (for premium subscribers) AI-powered task coaching. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. Premium Subscriptions

Deep. offers optional paid subscriptions ("Premium") that unlock additional features:

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store.
• A 7-day free trial is available on the annual plan for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial, if applicable).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent subscription or premium feature restrictions
• Abuse the AI task coaching feature with harmful or inappropriate content

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the App is the property of Deep. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your personal data (tasks, focus records) remains yours.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for any data loss. AI-generated task advice is for informational purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deep. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
